Q: How does the order process work?
A: Adding items to your cart functions like any other store, the only difference is that you don’t pay here, once sent we will respond to you in person via email and confirm stock availability for your order in the form of an invoice, at this point we will reserve the stock you ordered for a period of 24/48 hours to ensure it is still available after payment is made.
Q: When will my order be released?
A: Orders will be released once the funds have appeared on our bank account.
Q: What reference should I use when making payment?
A: In order for us to allocate payment and get your stock to you as soon as humanly possible you will need to use the order number generated and sent to you by the website.
Q: How long will it take you to send me a response after receiving my order and do you process orders over the weekends / public holidays?
A: We will endeavour to reply to you within an hour after receipt of an order, however, we are only able to process orders and shipping during regular work hours, Mondays to Fridays, and will be unable to do so over weekends and public holidays.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash or EFT payments directly into our bank account, in the event that you pay cash, please ensure that you pay the relevant fees.
Q: How will my package be sent to me and is delivery free/included in price?
A: We will ship the package via our preferred courier service directly to you. delivery in Namibia is free of charge on all orders above N$ 2500.00, orders under that value will be payable directly to the courier service at time of delivery.
Q: Can I use my own courier service?
A: Unfortunately not, we have negotiated special rates with our preferred courier and our logistic setup is rather complicated.
Q: What do I do in the event of a defective product?
A: In the rare case of a product not working please contact us directly and we will advise on warranty status and which warranty centre you will need to send the product to, we are not the authorised warranty centre for any on the manufacturers so it will not help sending the product to us, you will however have to pay for the freight to and from the warranty centre as this is not covered by the manufacturers warranty.
