Atom is, from a registration perspective, a relatively new kid on the block. But do not let that fool you.
Atom, much like all companies, should be evaluated on experience, expertise and ultimately, customer service.
Our management incorporates the very best in terms of Industry Experience and Technical Expertise, which
ensures customer satisfaction. Our management team has been in the IT Industry for well over 25 Years,
which ensures that our customers are in the best possible hands and can focus on their respective industries
with the assurance and peace of mind that the back end support systems are being managed, maintained and monitored.

With branches in both Windhoek and Swakopmund and a passion to deliver service wherever our customers are based,
We are able to deliver a myriad of services and products all over the country. Our existing client base is well represented in
all the regions of Namibia.

Change is often resented and causes a negative environment within organisations. We welcome change and
embrace it, focusing on the positives and improving on past experiences. This mindset has allowed us to
evolve from a predominantly IT Support based company to an organisation that includes Web Hosting,
Customised off-site Backup Solutions, IT Support, CCTV, Automation and Access Control. This is all part
of our dedication to acknowledging our clients’ needs and the provision of those services.
While the above certainly indicates what we do, it’s all about the why and the how that has and continues to
sustain us as individuals and as a Company. Relationships are paramount to any endeavour and as such we
treat both our clients and colleagues with respect, honesty and integrity. We have attained this without
compromising our goals nor has this affected our service delivery.

Atom is a Namibian company with a worldwide supply and manufacturing base, which are mostly facilitated
through local distributors. While this route might have variable initial cost implications, we have found that
the benefits of local warranties and support has decreased down-time to such a large extent that the initial
cost implications become negligible to the point of non-existence. Many of our clients insist on locally
purchased merchandise due to previous experiences with down time related to direct imports.
We frequently partner with a diverse group of companies who have proven themselves within their respective markets.
These smart partnerships allow us to offer our clients the solution that is right for them
as opposed to the traditional business model of providing a workable but not preferred solution due to a
lack of in-house expertise.
With the above wealth of solution expertise we believe that we can offer the most comprehensive solution base.

  1. EXPERTISE IN VARIOUS MARKET SECTORS
    We have and continues to provide both partial and complete solutions for clients in the following sectors:
    Private: The majority of our client’s fall in this category; privately owned companies depend
    increasingly on their IT systems to improve productivity and efficiency.

Tourism: We provide various solutions and services to many lodges, guest houses, hotels and
restaurants countrywide.

Mining: We have been privileged to have provided an array of services in this sector.
Government: We have played an active role as far as the implementation and upgrading of a few
parastatals current systems, additionally we also administer IT systems for several Government Institutions.

Healthcare: We have had the privilege of both supplying and implementing the initial infrastructure
for two of the largest Retirement villages in Namibia. We have also been involved in
numerous medical practices as far as infrastructure, supply and maintenance is
concerned.

We have also provided a myriad of diverse services to the following sectors:

Radio Stations, Internet Cafes, Parastatals, Private and Government Educational Facilities, Medical,
Retirement Villages, Aviation, Architects, Farming Communities as well as the Transport Industry.
